This facility includes new state-of-the-art workshops and warehousing as well as a dedicated Academy classroom and showroom. The move will allow us to further focus on one of our priorities; providing excellence in customer service.
We have been working on this move for some time, to ensure both a smooth transition for all functions of the business and minimise the effect of the relocation on our customer base. Our intention is to despatch product up to and including 24th March 2011 as per normal business.
Commencing 25th March we will close the despatch, warehouse, workshop and assembly functions of the business in order to relocate stock and assembly equipment to the new site. We will continue to offer sales order processing, customer enquiries, accounts and technical support facilities during the period of 25th March to 4th April.
The completion date for the move is 4th April 2011 when all departments will be fully operational.

We have been consulting with our employees regarding the move and can confirm that in every department of the business, senior members of staff will remain at Abloy UK thereby retaining detailed customer, product and operational expertise.
